HTML5
HTML5 allows for semantically correct markup and cleaner code besides app-like features such as geolocation and notifications.
CSS3
With animations, transitions, flexbox and too many other improvements to count, CSS3 both adds polish and solves real problems like complex layouts and responsive design implementation.
Javascript
I use Javascript to integrate with external APIs, create app-like functionality on WordPress websites using the WP REST API, and to add interactions that are both useful and delightful.
Zurb Foundation
Foundation is a frontend framework that allows me to build websites more efficiently and generate rapid prototypes. If your project calls for Bootstrap, or no framework at all, that's not a problem.
WordPress
I've been working with WordPress for almost 10 years now, and we're still in love. It's the Content Management System of choice for a third of the entire internet because of its flexibility, ease of management, and powerful ecosystem of plugins.
WordPress REST API
The WordPress REST API brings web app functionality to your website. It can also be used as a backbone for hybrid mobile apps, meaning quicker dev time and only one database to manage.
Saas
Traditional CSS doesn't allow for variables or splitting up files for organization. Saas does, and it's a must for any project that will be maintained.
Bitbucket
Version control is an important part of any project, especially when working on teams.
GIT
My preferred method of version control. (Honestly, I needed one more icon).
